Crossfit in School
Crossfit in school is a great way to get your kid active. Crossfit can come to your school before, after or during the school day. The crossfit class are 30min to 45mins long and we provides all the equipment needed. School classes have the same goals at classes provded in the gym. The classes start with a basic warm up, skill work, workout and games. We hope to make crossfit convent for patients provided crossfit to kids without additional driving for parents. Example crossfit class:
Warm up: follow the leader run, basic rotational movement to warm up joins, light strtching
Skill work: the squat
Workout: how many rounds can you do in 10mins? Run 50m, 10 squats, bear crawl back
Game: crossfit tag
